Remembrance Rocks

When it comes to communicating our feelings sometimes words are not enough. Creating art is a powerful way to express these emotions and reduce stress. That's right! Painting is just one way to help your mind and body relax and restore. We know how hard grief can be and although it comes in waves it's an exhausting process to mourn the person we lost. We invite you to take these two hours for you and paint a memory or words of hope on a rock in honor of your person. Each participant will be given two rocks. One to keep and one to put into a community grief garden.

This workshop is for all ages and all abilities! We will be using special paint markers and not actual paint.

This event is sponsored by the Franklin Cultural Council through grant funding.
